It is 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, and I have lunch earlier than usual. It was getting quite cold, so I thought of a meal that would warm my body from the inside out: PARKO ramen at the manor.
My first impression of Zhuang Yuan was terrible, but once I understood how the restaurant worked, it was not so stressful because the food was delicious.

We entered the restaurant just as it opened, so there were no customers. It was still cold inside the restaurant, probably because the heater had just been turned on. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I told the man that I wanted to order perkko ramen.
There is a drink bar at the back of the restaurant. He pours oolong tea, but it comes out slowly. Inside the restaurant, there are eight tables for two and one table for four.
I waited for 7 minutes and 49 seconds while watching the big TV set. The perkoron ramen arrived. The bowl is probably the same size as a regular ramen, but there are a lot of ingredients in it, and it looks like it’s worth eating.

Besides perkor ramen, pickles, apricot kuromitsu soybean paste. Inside the perkor ramen are meaty pork from the排骨, spinach, thick bamboo shoots, and egg.
I drink the soup for the first time in a while. Yes, it is delicious. I wanted a little more punch, so I sprinkled some pepper that they brought along. It was quite punchy and tasty.
The pork was thick, the bamboo shoots were thick, and the noodles had a nice firmness to them. Taiwanese food is delicious, not Chinese food.
We finished eating slowly because the restaurant was empty, and left. The meat and vegetables ordered by a customer on the way in looked delicious. Maybe I will order it next time.
