Saturday, 14:00; the meeting went longer than I expected because I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Having talked with a much more senior and important person, I learned a lot from every word, and time flies when you want more and more.
If I have lunch too late, the balance of the meal will become unbalanced, so I think of a place where I can eat quickly and taste good, and it inevitably turns out to be Himtsuri curry.

Being a Saturday afternoon, there were zero customers; the usual owner and the woman in the hall were wearing masks. There’s a cold going around.
Today, instead of naan curry, I ordered gapao rice and tandoori chicken. After ordering, I found out that there was Pakuchi in the Gapao rice, which I am not very fond of. I was thinking, “I made a mistake! The owner asked me what I wanted to do with the pak choi. I was so disappointed, but the owner asked me if I wanted the pak choi. I replied, “Sorry, I don’t want it,” and was relieved.
The gapao rice arrived 9 minutes and 32 seconds after I placed my order. Then, about 3 minutes later, the Tandoori Chicken arrived.
The appearance of the Gapao rice is similar to that of Chinjao rice. When you try it, it still tastes similar to the flavor of the Chinjaolo rice, but with the spices used in curry.
The tandoori chicken has a slightly burnt smell, similar to the slightly charred chicken you might have at a barbecue.
Both are very tasty, with a flavor that is typical of specialty restaurants. I like this kind of dish sometimes, instead of naan curry.
There were no customers, so I finished my meal slowly and left the restaurant. I hope I can summarize what we discussed and make the best use of it in the next meeting.
