It’s 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, the middle of a three-day weekend, and every Saturday I feel like going to Himtsuri Curry. I want to go to various restaurants for blog posts, but once a week I want to eat Himuturi Curry’s cheese naan + seafood curry.
As I was about to enter the restaurant, I met the usual owner of the restaurant who was about to go out, so I greeted him briefly. Today’s curry of the day is eggplant and chicken.

The restaurant is empty before noon except on weekdays. There were no customers today either, so it was comfortable. I ordered the B set: seafood curry + eggplant and chicken curry + cheese naan. I set the spiciness to 3 chili peppers for the first time.
It took 9 minutes and 41 seconds for the food to arrive. The aroma of the cheese naan is always great. I immediately ate the cheese naan without the curry. It is still delicious.
The eggplant and chicken curry is also very filling, as the name implies, with a gaggle of eggplant and chicken. Chili 3 is also spicy, but I think it is of general spiciness.
The seafood curry is also its usual delicacy. It contains squid, shrimp, and shellfish, and the smell of seafood when you eat it is irresistible.
Only one family came until we left the restaurant at 12:00 p.m., so we were able to eat calmly as usual. It is a bit far from Higashi-Shinjuku and Shinjuku-Gyoenmae, but it is worth the short walk. Recommended.
