It was tasty and pungent, but a bit unbalanced, so I found Hua Hua Fire to be better.
At 11:00 on a weekday, we went to Kobushi, where we had eaten thick tsukemen, tsukemen, and abura soba. This time I ordered the umami spicy tsukemen. I like spicy food, so I was looking forward to it.

The restaurant was a little too cold and chilly, so I changed my tsukemen to a hot serving. Naturally, they were generous enough to accept it. I didn’t mention it in past articles, but the important paper apron is located below.
Six minutes and 22 seconds after ordering, the tsukemen arrived. It’s a hot serving, so the noodles are hot, and they look even better than usual. I take a sip of the soup. Delicious.
- You can’t be oblivious to your guests. Better put a bell on the door. Shinjuku 6-chome, I’ve had Ajitama Ramen at Kobushi.
I dip the noodles in the soup and eat it. It is quite tasty. As I continue eating, the spiciness becomes more and more intense. It is hotter than it looks. However, I feel that it is not rich enough or spicy enough, or the balance is not right.
It’s really a bit of a touch, and there are probably people who like this. Maybe it’s just a matter of taste. If this were the case, I’d probably recommend Huahua. It’s delicious, though.
