I went to Fukunishiki for the first time in a while. The time is 14:00 on a weekday, and only 10% of the customers are in the spacious restaurant. The Chinese female waitress still has a nice smile and voice. Very polite.
I ordered the Beef Belly Noodle Shoveling Noodle. Unlike the last time and the two previous times, it was not very spicy. The chewy texture of the noodles was the same, and the beef flavor was very good.

The old man, who seemed to be a great guy, was as unfriendly as ever, smoking a cigarette in the middle of the smoking and nonsmoking sections of the restaurant. The noodles were not half as good as they should have been because of the cigarette.
