Ramen is not particularly tasty either. You can’t be oblivious to customers. You should put a bell on the door.
11:15 on a weekday, I went to Renchan Kobushi for the last of their four main menus: thick tsukemen, tsukemen, aburasoba, and “ramen”.

It is just before noon and there are no customers. As usual, the hall staff is doing something in the back, so they don’t notice when customers come in. So far, I have been almost unnoticed.
I don’t blame them for doing their job, but it’s no good if a customer opens the door and there is no “Welcome”. You should put a bell on the entrance door.
I also noticed that when a customer comes in, they do not say “irasshaimase” but “ojiru” (please come in). Not “irasshaimase,” but “irasshaimase” is correct.
A customer comes in and is already sitting at a table without noticing. I was a little disappointed that he said “please” to that person. I thought she seemed like a nice waitress, but I guess this place is also a bunch of manual people.
Well, 4 minutes and 21 seconds after ordering the ramen, the food arrived. Compared to tsukemen (noodles with dipping sauce), the noodles are thin, so they are ready quickly. I took a sip of the soup. It is a little sticky. It is delicious.
Naturally, it is a little less flavorful than the tsukemen sauce. As with tsukemen, 300 grams of noodles is the standard. Women should be careful. Even a man can be quite full.
This time, as in the past, I ordered it with ajitama (seasoned eggs). It seems that a large piece of chashu pork, green onion, and pickled bamboo shoots are standard.
I got tired of it halfway through, so I added some fish powder to change the taste. It was delicious.
This completes the four main menu items at Kobushi. As I wrote in my ranking of ramen lunch in Shinjuku, tsukemen is the best. If you want something more punchy, try the thick tsukemen, and if you want something different, try the aburasoba.
I’ve had a lot of strong flavors, so I’m going to take a break from Kobushi for a while. But I would like to visit again soon.
