14:00 on Monday; finally released after a lengthy meeting. I go to the manor again, which I have been into lately.
Since I was able to avoid the crowded lunchtime, there were only two groups of customers in the restaurant. Unlike the opening time, it was very warm inside the restaurant. I guess the air conditioner was just not working when the restaurant opened.

I was going to order the Subuta set meal for 950 yen, but was attracted by the daily special, Kakuni Ramen for 950 yen. The man at the hall recommends it, so I order the Kakuni Ramen today.
The ramen came in 3 minutes and 18 seconds after I placed my order. It looks the same as perkko ramen. It consists of pork stewed in a square bowl, Chinese cabbage, bamboo shoots, half an egg, and noodles.
Take a sip of the soup and be surprised. It tastes different from perkor ramen. It has the flavor of stewed cubes and a slightly burnt, bitter taste. Quite tasty.
The stewed pork cubes were separated from the chewy parts, and the burnt parts combined with the flavor made me grin.
I couldn’t stop my chopsticks and ate it in no time. When I was tasting the kakuni, I saved the big piece of meat until the very end, and at the end it was extremely tasty.
I was glad I had followed my uncle’s advice and had the Kakuni Ramen. It seems to appear on the daily menu on a regular basis, so if you are lucky enough to hit it, you should definitely try it.
