I go to Rahmen Eddie, which I’ve been seeing on Twitter a lot lately. I check the closing days and opening hours, and try to get in before noon because it will probably be crowded.
They have ramen and onigiri, and the photos and videos on Twitter were so good that I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

We arrived at 11:30 a.m. It was Friday. Three customers were already eating. Three people were waiting at the ticket machine. It was very slow.
The woman in front of me was operating the ticket machine. I was watching from behind, but the ticket machine was very confusing. After selecting the desired item and moving to the checkout screen, for some reason, everything is reset.
I had to start over again and proceeded to the mini ramen and two onigiri sets, but when I went to the checkout screen, the set was for three. The woman called the waitress and told me to buy 3 pieces as is for a refund.
The woman apologized to me. I didn’t need to apologize to her because the ticket machine was so confusing. I couldn’t figure it out from behind, so I immediately called the waiter and selected the new item, “thick ricotta cheese cod roe cream ramen” for 1,500 yen.
The “Thick Ricotta Cheese Tarako Cream Ramen” was also difficult to understand. When I was operating the ticket machine and the screen switched from the first ramen to the next, the official name was written. But the next time you need to select a noodle, the name is abbreviated to an incomprehensible name. I couldn’t tell at a glance.
So I apologized to the person behind me for being late and sat down at the counter. The restaurant has 13 seats at the counter only. I guess.
The luggage compartment under the chair is very obstructive. Hard to put your feet down. There is a water pitcher and the water is good. There are two staff in the kitchen and one in the hall. The manager is in the kitchen. The young man in the hall is courteous and reliable as per the manual.
I entered the restaurant at 11:30 a.m., just before noon, and while I was waiting at the ticket machine, customers began to arrive in droves. Customers kept coming in while I was waiting at the counter. It is indeed a popular restaurant.
Looking around, I see many people ordering onigiri set. I would have liked onigiri set, but I didn’t want to make the person behind me wait at the ticket machine, so I decided to order the new ramen that looked delicious.
The ramen came from the front of the counter in 4 minutes and 51 seconds after ordering. The bowl was smaller than I expected and the portion was small. The color of the appearance is good. It looks stylish and delicious. The smell of cheese codfish cream is wonderful.
Take a sip of the soup before mixing. Naturally delicious. It’s more like pasta than ramen. Codfish cream pasta is very common.
There was a word to mix the cheese well, so after taking a sip of the soup, I mix the whole thing well. I took another sip of the soup. It was still delicious.
It was about 11:45 when I started eating. There was already a long waiting line outside. This is an amazing restaurant. I can certainly understand why it is so popular.
The design of the ramen looks like something you would see on a social networking site. The onigiri design is reminiscent of Bongo, and they must be good at social networking marketing.
There were many people waiting outside, so I ate quickly and quickly left the restaurant.
It was delicious, but 1,500 yen is a lot of money. I understand that they spend a lot of money on ingredients, but for a bowl of ramen, I would recommend trying it at least once, but I would not actively repeat the experience.
Next time, I will eat Onigiri Set instead of fumbling with the ticket machine.
