At 11:30 on Saturday, I went to Ebi Ramen Haruki. I really wanted to try Haruki’s Seafood Tonkotsu Tsukemen. I’ve never had it before, but it looked good on the menu and I’ve always wanted to try it. I wondered which tasted better compared to Kobushi.
When I arrived at the restaurant, there were a good number of customers. There were two Chinese women sitting sloppily at an outside table. Two tables inside the restaurant are filled with four people each, all Chinese.

Choose Seafood Tonkotsu Tsukemen from the ticket machine. I sit at the counter in the back and hand the ticket to the waiter. From the way he uses language, the waiter must be Chinese. I don’t feel like I am in Japan.
The tsukemen arrived 8 minutes and 14 seconds after I placed my order. The noodles were well arranged. This time, I chose the hot serving, which means that the noodles were warm. The ingredients are on a separate plate. Nori, fishmeal, chashu pork, bamboo shoots, and half an egg.
Add the ingredients and mix. The soup is as thick as Kobushi. I immediately try it. It is delicious. There is a slight aroma of yuzu.
After eating for a while, I added grated garlic. It was quite tasty with a stronger punch. After finishing everything, I quickly drank the remaining soup and finished the meal.
It is as good as Kobushi’s, and I like the fact that I can add grated garlic, but I still prefer Kobushi’s tsukemen.
However, Ebi Ramen Haruki is a restaurant that I would like to go back to because of its extensive menu.
