Friday at 11:00 a.m. We went to Chan Chuang Manor in a row. The reason was partly because I wanted to eat, but also because I wanted to check something different and a bit different than usual.

I have sensitive skin and am prone to acne, especially on my face. Sometimes I get pimples and sometimes I don’t. I’m sure I’m reacting to some foodstuff, but I can’t pinpoint it.

I have been to a dermatologist and had allergy tests done, but there was no reaction. There is one known reason for the acne. It is a hypersensitivity to caffeine. If I drink coffee or tea, I get acne from deep inside my skin quite quickly.

And the last time, at 18:00 on the night of my 11:00 meal of stir-fried meat and vegetables at the manor, I confirmed that I had a small pimple. I predicted that it was probably a reaction to something in the meat and vegetables, and went on a streak to try it again.

The meat vegetables at the manor are not the problem. Perhaps they contain ingredients that cause acne for me.

So I ordered the meat and vegetables and it arrived in 3 minutes and 58 seconds. Meat and vegetables, white rice, pickles, ginger flavored wakame seaweed soup, and apricot kuromitsu kinako. The meat and vegetables consisted of cabbage, bean sprouts, shimeji mushrooms, kikurage mushrooms, onions, meat, and Chinese cabbage.

I ate it up and left the restaurant. I will check on the food and report back.
