I think it’s the strongest cosiness and comfort in Shinjuku 5,6-chome and Tomikucho. I would go there every day.
At 11:30 a.m. on a weekday, I pass by Famnet, a Western-style restaurant that I have always wanted to try. We enter almost as soon as it opens.

Entering the automatic door on the left. The restaurant seems to be combined with a hotel, and at the back is the entrance to the hotel. When you enter the restaurant, it has an upscale atmosphere that does not look like it is serving lunch for less than 1,000 yen.
We were shown to a table for two and told that they would come back later to take our order. The restaurant is spacious, open, airy, stylish, and super comfortable, just like a high-class restaurant.
A female waitress arrives a short time later. I ordered chicken in herbed bread crumbs for 980 yen. To my surprise, the salad is all-you-can-eat, and soup and soft drinks are all-you-can-drink. Isn’t this bad in a good way?
Near the entrance of the restaurant, there is a buffet of salads. There are small pieces of sunny lettuce, sliced cucumbers, bean sprouts, chopped tomatoes, potato salad, pasta salad, and soup. Lots of different salads.
After a while, I found out that the variety of salads seems to change every time they run out.
We took a moderate amount of salad, some soup, and sat down at the table. Everything is delicious. Perhaps it is because the air in the restaurant is fresh and clean.
The salad was finished, and a little while later the food arrived. It took 8 minutes and 17 seconds from the time I ordered. With the salad bar, I don’t mind the wait at all.
Cut the herb-roasted chicken with a knife and fork. I take a bite, and of course it’s delicious. The vegetables were also well served.
I left the restaurant around 12:05 p.m., but more and more customers were arriving. There were many businessmen working in the neighborhood, but I sensed that there were also many elderly women and couples.
This is the best lunch I have ever had in Shinjuku 1,2,5,6-chome and Tomikucho. Good cost performance, good atmosphere, good service, good comfort, good food, and good clientele. Perfect.
The price this time was 980 yen, but I think it could be 2,000 yen. I would go to Famnet every day. I would like to go there every day. It is a restaurant where you can understand that the scores on the food log are not very reliable.
