It was 2:30 p.m. on a weekday in heavy rain, and I couldn’t forget that naan curry, so I went to Himtsuri Curry for my second lunch.
I saw a man who looked like the owner near the entrance and asked him if the restaurant was open today. There were no customers, and soon after I entered the restaurant, a couple of people came in.

There is a female waitress in the hall, who was not there last time, and the B set, which offers a choice of two kinds of curry, is good, but the ladies set comes with a small chicken for the same price. I heard that it is not allowed, but this time they accepted me, a man, for the ladies’ set.
The salad came first, and the naan curry arrived in about 10 minutes. The curries I chose were pork curry and seafood curry. As usual, the naan shone divinely with butter and the rich aroma was irresistible.
I started with pork curry with naan for the first time in a while. It’s very tasty. No pork smell, good aroma and taste, and two big pieces of pork.
Seafood curry is also available. This one is not so good. The smell of the sea crawls out of the curry. A little too good, right? The chicken and vegetable curry from last time was good, but I prefer the pork and seafood curry by far.
The chicken tikka that comes as part of the set is also very tasty, tender and spicy.
When we are almost finished with the naan, they ask us if we would like more naan. This is a good thing that Japanese people don’t have.
After finishing eating and paying the bill, we join hands while handing over the change and say, “Thank you very much. The kind waiter at the main restaurant. Next time, I plan to go back for the butter chicken curry.
