The noodles are elastic and flat, and the soup is delicious. There is a reason why it is one of the most popular restaurants on the food log. Tissues are under the table and paper aprons are on the ticket machine. It is a nice touch by the female owner of the restaurant to keep the place clean. Although I did not find the rich soy sauce soup so tasty, the true nature of Momonoki appeared in the back fat ginger tsukemen (noodles with ginger and back fat).

It is incomparably better than the kottekori shoyu. Flat noodles, tons of grated ginger, a bowl full of dipping sauce, pork, green onions, and a vegetable salad on top of the noodles. It looks like a small portion, but even a man would be full.

The woman in the hall seemed to be a foreigner, and when I asked her a question about ramen, it was difficult to understand her answer and what she was saying.

The chairs are so high that you cannot put your feet on the floor, but there is a footrest and the table is at the right height, so you do not get tired. The food is quite delicious, so it is worth waiting in line to try it.
