It’s 11:30 on Friday, and we’re off to Noel’s at the Tokyo Business Hotel again today. I’m really into this restaurant. Famnet is good, but I prefer Noel because it is more casual.
Today I ordered a steak. As usual, the female staff is friendly and attentive. At first I said hamburger steak, but changed it to steak at a moment’s notice. Then the female staff said, “Today is the last time we have steak, so we recommend it~”.
I didn’t know this because I’ve only known Noel for a short time, but the menu changes weekly, and they seem to rotate it on a monthly basis. She is a very nice lady and very informative in terms of restaurant customer service.
As usual, I went to get a salad, one item different from the previous one, but almost the same as the last time, so perhaps the salad bar changes weekly as well.
個人的評価点数
The wait is 8 minutes and 27 seconds. Steak arrives. Fries, broccoli, and carrots. The thinness of the meat is inevitably noticeable, but it can’t be helped because it is 1,100 yen.
I’ll try each one. The vegetables and potatoes are good. The meat is also good because it is of a quality that you can chew properly. Sometimes with cheap steaks you get rubbery meat that you can’t chew through, but Noel’s was different.
However, the sauce on the steak is not very tasty, and I would not call it good. However, it is not usual to serve such a high quality steak for 1,100 yen.
I finished my meal quickly as usual and did not order more potato salad or maloney today. At the checkout, I told them I didn’t have my discount card with me and would pay the price on the card, but they gave me a discount, saying they knew it wasn’t my first time and it would be fine.
I didn’t bring my discount card because I didn’t want to give him a discount in this high quality store. However, now that they remember me, they will give me a discount if I continue to go there most recently.
I have never been to a restaurant where I felt guilty about getting a discount. That’s how good Noel’s at the Tokyo Business Hotel is, both in terms of customer service and the quality of the food.
