11:30 on a weekday. went to Noel at the Tokyo Business Hotel, which I didn’t know had lunch.
I did not know that Tokyo Business Hotel had lunch. I found out a short while ago when I spotted someone looking at the display in front of the hotel.

This is what it looks like in front of the hotel. I don’t believe they are having lunch.
And this lunch was good again. The restaurant is spacious, the waitstaff is courteous and reassuring, the food is buffet style as in FamNet, and the main dishes are delicious. I would highly recommend it to any calorie-conscious man in his 40s or any woman who is concerned about her figure.
Now, Tokyo Business Hotel has a total of nine different lunch menus. They are as follows. All come with rice, salad, soup, drink, and dessert. All except rice and drinks are buffet style.
Homemade hamburger steak with Japanese sauce and grated radish: 850 yen
Sauteed young chicken with mushroom sauce, Chasseur style: 900 yen
Poached swordfish tuna with mushrooms ¥1,000
Hungarian Braised Pork with Tomato and Paprika Cream Sauce ¥1,000
Sirloin steak Shaliapin style ¥1,100
Croquette Curry 800 yen
Shrimp Curry 800 yen
8. Meatball Curry ¥800
9. Chicken omelet & chicken nuggets – 800 yen
Lunch is served on the second floor. Enter from the front of the Tokyo Business Hotel and look to the left to find the stairs leading to the second floor.
As soon as I entered the restaurant, I told the female waitress that it was my first time here, and she kindly told me about the set-up and how to do the buffet.
This time, I ordered swordfish tuna. I immediately went to get a salad. The salads, soups, and desserts available at today’s buffet are as follows.
Sunny lettuce
Kaiware
Purple cabbage
4. carrots
5. onion
6. wakame seaweed
Fried egg
8. boiled bean sprouts
9. dressed onion, cucumber and tomato
10. maloney
Potato salad
Consomme soup
Fruit punch
Take two plates and finish eating slowly. The swordfish tuna arrived 12 minutes and 32 seconds after ordering.
Smells good. The swordfish tuna itself is a bit small and looks cheap because it is on a plastic tray, but it tastes very good.
I looked around while eating. Take-out is also available, although I am there frequently. And even for takeout, you can fill your container with as many side dishes as you like, buffet style. It’s too good to be true.
Since the restaurant is spacious and relaxing, I finished my swordfish tuna and had another plate of salad.
This is too cheap for 1,000 yen. It is as cosy as FamNet. The lack of pretentiousness makes it feel better than famnette.
Furthermore, when I paid the bill, I was given a Premier Passport, a card that entitles me to a 100 yen discount just for showing it. This is not good.
Even the current prices seem cheap and cosy, but to discount them further? At first glance, it may be difficult to enter this restaurant, but once you have tasted it, you will not be able to go to any other restaurant.
Again, like FamNet, you can eat as many salads and vegetables as you like. It’s a great lunch for calorie-conscious men in their 40s and figure-conscious women.
