The oil soba is not very good, but I would like to go back to try the other menu items.
At 1:30 p.m. on a weekday, I went back to Kobushi, where I had two kinds of tsukemen. Today, I ordered chashu-oil-soba and gyoza (Chinese dumplings). I was torn between the ramen and the gyoza, but I’ll save the pleasure for next time.

There were unusually few customers, two including myself. The big guy in the hall was in the back of the room and did not notice the customers. I was the same way, but I had to call out to him. People come in, people go in, and they do the same.
The customer who came in later seemed to have ordered ramen, and it was delivered about three minutes after his order. The stout old man working at the restaurant asked the customers who ordered the oil noodle and tsukemen to wait a little longer. He was very attentive. Nice attention.
Five minutes and 47 seconds after I placed my order, the aburasoba arrived. Three minutes later, the gyoza also arrived. The oil soba is served with vinegar and raayu (Chinese chili oil), just like the other restaurants.
Take a bite. The taste is not so clear. I also try the chashu pork. Unlike the tsukemen, it is quite chewy. It is hard to eat. How about the gyoza? It tastes good with a good amount of garlic. However, the dipping sauce for the special gyoza is salty.
It is not that it is bad, but the oil soba is much better than that of Tokyo Aburagumi Sohonten. I think I was a little disappointed this time. Next time, I will try ramen.
