It’s 11:30 on Monday, and we’re off to Noel’s again today. It’s too cozy for me. I heard that the menu is weekly, so I go there anyway because it’s the first day of the week.
Since it was the same time as the restaurant opened, there were no customers. Today I ordered mixed fries for 1,100 yen. I know fried food is not good, but I wanted to see what Noel’s mixed fries were like. Perhaps they are delicious.

As usual, I took some vegetables from the salad bar, poured some soup, and sat down.
And just as I was about to put my chopsticks on, the mixed fries came. How fast! It took 4 minutes and 48 seconds after I ordered.
There are four fries in the following three types
1. fried shrimp x 2
2. scallops x 1
3. salmon x 1
Two fried shrimp is fat and amazing. They are very filling and tasty. The scallops are also large and delicious.
The salmon was like grilled salmon, though it means the same thing. Not that it was bad by any means, but it just felt like that.
By the way, are the women in the hall working here part time only during these hours? Or are they related to the hotel and working as part of their duties?
There is a sign posted on the stairs from the entrance of the hotel to the second floor, advertising that they are looking for part-timers. Since they are only looking for daytime workers, they may be treated like part-timers in a supermarket, not hotel staff.
I guess the reason why the customer service is so nice is because they have experienced life to some extent and are well educated by the hotel.
Don’t go only to Noel for lunch, it’s time to go somewhere else. If we go when they forget, they won’t give us a discount.
